On Friday June 23rd, the Youth Empowerment Agency (YEA) together with the Denver Justice Project (DJP) organized and facilitated our first and certainly not our last Food and Necessity Drive at Central Elementary,  to serve the Commerce City Adams 14 school district. We filled one 20 foot truck with 8 pallets of diapers and 3 tons of food that will nourish hundreds of families. We are committed to the children and families in Adams 14 and we are excited about the work we are doing with YEA and look forward to the upcoming school year!
